Covid-19 Update

To our Valued Customers,

Elite Pool Service continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation.  The health of your family as well as ours is of the highest priority.  Elite Pool will remain open to serve your pool service and supply needs as maintaining sanitary pool is essential to keeping people safe.  We will be making some adjustments to better follow CDC guidelines. We will work to limit contact for all interactions and try to communicate via phone, text, and email as much as possible.


Worksite Precautions:  All trucks, trailers, equipment, and offices will be sanitized frequently.  Employees have been instructed on and continue to follow posted CDC guidelines regarding washing hands and personal hygiene.  We request that you always communicate with employees on your property by phone or by staying at least 6 feet away. We will not be knocking on doors at this time.


Employee Standards:  Employees are required to stay home if they have fever, cough, are feeling ill, or show signs of respiratory infection.  Employees work with the same individuals. For example: retail employees will not be in direct contact with construction or service employees.


Office/Showroom/Retail Precautions: Online, call in, or emailed-in orders for products will be accepted and invoices can be paid by credit card online or over the phone. We will implement curbside pick-up or delivery service for all orders. Should you have a need to enter the retail store to view the showrooms, we ask that you wear a mask, practice social distancing, and remain a minimum of 6’ away from others. No more than 10 persons will be permitted in at one time and we ask that you do not bring your children inside. Appointments to view the showroom are very much appreciated and encouraged so that we can properly sanitize before and after your arrival. Again, we prefer to communicate via phone (816)220-1870, Facebook messenger, or email (see list below). An essential part of our business is water analysis and we will continue to provide this service. However, we ask that you drop the sample near the front door. Please provide your name and phone number on the bottle so that we can properly test and contact you. For the safety of our employees, if you have any symptoms we ask that you do not bring in a sample and ask that you would have someone else do it for you, or call us and we will get you taken care of.

As the days go by, we will adapt and implement any necessary precautions to keep you, your family, and your pool as safe as possible while supporting your pool needs.  We can’t thank you enough for your continued support and understanding during these trying times.
